Alex founded Rust Belt Property Services in 2021 with a simple goal: do honest work that holds up in Western Pennsylvania's older homes, rentals, and small commercial spaces. Since then, the company has completed thousands of jobs across the region — from single-room repaints and drywall patches to full gut-to-finish remodels — and he keeps the same crew and the same standard on every one of them.
A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Alex runs the business side with the same care he brings to the prep work: written estimates, itemized scope, and no surprises once the work is under way.
When he's not on a jobsite, you'll find him planning the next project, sourcing better materials, or catching up with clients to make sure the work still looks good years later.
